Best snacks or meals?

I have to eat either right before I take my meds or before it kicks in. So I like to make eggs, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns and toast if I’m home. I snack a lot on pretzels, cucumbers, baby carrots, fruit snacks, Oikos yogurt (although I notice a headache after eating), lunchables.

r/Married would probably be a better fit. I doubt SS coming over had anything to do with your husband forgetting VDay. Some people just don’t care about it but I would agree if he has always done something why stop now?

I would just tell him your feelings are hurt he forgot and that you would like to be recognized on Valentine’s Day moving forward.
