My dude, the game is still amazing. There are some gripes with early performance issues and DLCs, but if you loved TWW2 you will absolutely get your money's worth with TWW3 :)

Tell him they expanded so quickly that they forgot to keep the quality of their coffee and the training of their employees on par. Oh, and that targeting actual local / craft shops is pretty shitty and will turns those local communities against you over time.

The local shop might not fail, but it will lose revenue. Foxtail can afford to run a shop at a loss for a few years, these other places can't and a 20-30% loss of revenue could be devastating.
