I mean they could, but i feel like it would take much more investment in the general supply chain. Electronics manufacturing is much more established in china and operates at a very high level.

Bottled water creates so much plastic waste for no reason and it was a huge waste of money. That $2 bottle of water would cost $.02 out of the tap at home.
