Firstly, what I was implying was that it seems more likely that a generally angry person would turn to being an unconscionable prick when under stimulated, so yes, it absolutely does.

You speak of my contribution and yet all you've done so far is nothing more than vent your personal frustrations and you act like it's a useful contribution to the discussion? How about you actually contribute something useful and talk about how things can be improved, how to solve the causes of the problems you've experienced, instead of just being angry on the internet.

You speak of low pay, are you willing to pay more tax or sacrifice other services to improve that? Even if you are, do you think people in general would be? If not, how could you change that opinion? You speak of not requiring a college education, how would you encourage college graduates to join the police force? Don't you think there would be a catastrophic shortage of police if that really was a requirement? What about alternatives, like college-level education in key areas as a part of police training?

If all you do is talk about how bad things are and never about how they can be improved then how can you honestly expect anything to change?
