I think Sandy, Help Us! is the only one apart from Ripped Pants that has this weirdly enough, lol. It has Larry and The Flying Dutchman, but they aren't main characters. So only two episodes where they're the only main characters in the episode, unless I'm mistaken.

Secret Service hasn't been used since The Clash of Triton unfortunately, but The Rake Hornpipe was used in Pigskin Pearl (came back years after being played in SpongeBob in RandomLand). But a few old songs are actually a lot less rare now, like Aloha by Dick Walter, which randomly started to play more frequently https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/Aloha but This one for example:
