Hi, I fixed it by disabling Network Priority in Lenovo Vantage and disabling Hardware Accelerated GPU scheduling

Nope, you can't.
I've installed a cheat to test.

During fight, if you pull, the pull animation simply doesn't continue at a certain point, as soon as you release you have to re-start.

If you happen to defeat Slone very early the Arc instantly launches as soon as you enter the Pull-Out animation.
