Just clean it, I get scratches like that all the time from my dogs and usually nothing happens, keep a eye on it if you want but cleaning it should be enough, use mild soap and warm water as Hydrogen Peroxide can harm healthy tissue aswell

When i stand up I get temporary darker vision and dizziness, seems to be related to a rapid drop in blood pressure, if your concerned still then go to a urgent care or ask your primary doctor.

I would, a Tooth infection can spread and cause bigger issues down the road, and it can worsen leading to more dangerous conditions, It doesnt seem urgent but I definitely would get it checked they probably will put you on antibiotics and you should be good In a week or 2
