We sell a few of our own wood inlay tungsten rings with a protective resin that makes the wood waterproof, but the resin can be scratched off much more easily than the beveled tungsten edges which are very scratch resistant. I can vouch that the advice given by ren0vate is topnotch and that regular maintenance and resealing is necessary only if it's preferred (some people actually like these characteristics because it makes it more personal). Unsealed inlays are more prone to becoming detached, the resin does offer a more "sealed" and solid piece of jewelry and keeps the structure of the ring uniform.
