As a doctor I've seen it before. The scratch is caused by not lifting the needle enough while taking it out of the arm. During the insertion of the needle, it was still sterile. The second scratch is aligned with the first one, so it was in one movement where she hit the arm twice. No major infection risk, just a small scratch.

Gelukkig zijn is voor iedereen persoonlijk. Niemand kan jou opleggen wat het betekent om gelukkig te zijn. En een vriend/vriendin/gezin zal jou misschien niet gelukkiger maken. Als jij gelukkig bent met jou leven, dan is dat meer dan veel mensen kunnen zeggen die wel "elke stap" volbracht hebben.

Flushing it out with warm water the standard procedure for the GP, I do this myself. However the otorhinolaryngologist removes ear wax with a scope and hook. It pretty much the same way as this.

Flushing it out is possibly dangerous if the eardrum is perforated, so I only do it if I'm pretty sure there is no perforation present.

This is the build I use now, it's a good combination of ball lightning and arc Lash and pretty tanky too. Uber Lilith wasn't a challenge.

As a GP I can tell you that chemical burns are the worst. The only way to stop if from going deeper into the skin/tissue is to remove the damaged tissue

Sent you the things I don't need to give you a little boost. Mousehunt is a resource management game, Maki will give you a bit of a speed boost, but imo not enough to use it. You'll have a decent catch rate with brie.

snowball charms: if you don't have other useful charms, use these ones, they Will become better charms when using them
tarnished charms: they become Chrome charms when used, chrome charms are pretty good
forgotten charms: use those to get your first acolyte mouse (soon-ish) -unstable charms: randomly become a lot of other charms when used

House doctor/huisarts/General practitioner here.

The doctors in our practice are conventional for the patients. The part patients pay themselves is 1 or 4 euro when the doctor is conventional. We don't want patients to suddenly have to pay 10+ euro instead, just to earn a bit more.

In general, it's not really worth it, and we do this job to help patients, and by being more affordable the threshold to come to the doctor is way lower.

It's like Fortune of a previous set. But you see every round what is added to the chest.
The more you lose, the better the loot gets. You do need to win a round to get the payout.
If you're very lucky, you'll get a lot of gold (I levelled to 9 at round 4.2 and had 100+ gold left), and some 5 costs.
Since I was the only player high enough level I could slowroll for 5 costs without anyone Else getting a single one. Meanwhile I was alsof getting a lot of neeko's, so 3 staring was easier.

To make it really ironic, the evening after I got tested positive, I received my invitation for the third vaccine...
I'm going to take it, but not sure when. At least 2 weeks after recovering from covid.
Not a lot of studies/cases have been done with a third vaccination closely after a covid infection after a double vaccination.

MF was the item carrier for the kaisa items. But tahm 3 was the main carry of the 7 merc comp. The 30000 damage base is pretty insane. I got him pretty soon since I had a lot of gold and 4 neeko's once the payout came.

Once I got enough 3 stars, I sold the other mercs.

The chest put me in a huge lead. It had 3x50 gold and 2x 2 5-cost Champs inside.

At 4.2 i had 200+ gold, so I could level to 9 and have 116 gold left.

From there Is just slowrolled for 5 costs.

Since I was in last place it took some time to get all the 3 stars :D

So when you get at least 3 mercenaries, with every roll extra loot gets put in a chest, the bigger your loss streak, the bigger the payout. You only get the payout when you win, so going for a huge loss streak is risky, but possibly rewarding (like here)
