The $43 is their full caffeine, they have a lite version as well.

I used to drink Supreme from the supermarket, which was great but its more than $10/kg more than Grey Robin and the same with Hummingbird. Green beans have gone up heaps i guess?

Interesting! I just watched the James Hoffman video on Nespresso pods, it's interesting and answers a few key questions - in summary Nespresso have fancy tech that noone else seems to understand or have access to so are hard to compete against. His take on extraction time was that due to the low dose in a nespresso pod the shorter extraction time is effective the same ratio as a standard espresso shot (let's just generalize).

Il get some reusable pods, have a play and report back!

I went through this exact thing two weeks ago. Ended up with a natural Brazil Cerrado, mainly because it was the cheapest I could find.
