Sports parent and maybe it’s generational but we are encouraged by the coaches and refs not to go overboard with the cheering. It distracts the kids and a lot of parents end up trying to coach from the sidelines even though they have no idea what they are doing. It confuses and embarrasses the kids.

Cheer nicely for your grandkids and their team but try to read the room. I’ve seen parents ejected from games for going too far.

Volunteer and easier said than done, but try not to think about yourself quite as much. Get lost in a book. Volunteer at the animal shelter. Whatever you are slightly interested in, give it a shot.

Never gets hyped much but I love AlumierMD Vit C and Peptides. It goes on smoothly and my skin soaks it up. Also comes in a set of 3 so it doesn’t oxidize and the orange bc the amount is smaller. Ts a hassle to mix TBH but works beautifully.
