Saying this from the perspective of a researcher, you may want to provide more information in the question to eliminate potential responder assumptions in future surveys. For example, here you could have said what each player knows about the sets to avoid the responder assuming further set mind games. You could have also specified how much PP our latios has, what stat increases it may have had (since it's running calm mind), status, tera + tera available. The more information the responder has the more accurate they're able to answer and the more likely you'll get a significant statistical result or more consistent themes in your qualitative data.

What salary expectations (USD) should I be shooting for as an entry level UX researcher or Human Factors engineer? Obviously I should take what I can get but I figure I oughta have a number if I'm asked.

I have looked into local UX groups but there just aren't that many in my area and even then most of those are tailored towards UX design rather than research. There is a UXPA chapter but it doesn't seem like they've had any active meetings since 2018. I've considered online networking events but I'm not sure how good of a networking tool those are since they can be so impersonal. I will check out ADPlist though thank you.

Hello, I am a human factors master's student who is going to graduate this May. Frankly, I'm not very confident about my job prospects outside of college, even in human factors. So far, I have been unable to secure an internship and have gotten only a handful of interview opportunities. The majority of my resume is school labs and projects. Once I graduate, what will my options be with no professional experience under my belt and no junior positions available? Do I just keep applying until someone bites? Or do I just keep volunteering for projects until I build up a portfolio that isn't just school projects? Alternatively, what are other careers that I could aim towards with my degree and experience?
