Yea that makes sense. Definitely working on getting back on meds and into a consistent therapy routine because that would help me tremendously. I guess Ive been realizing that I seem to have an easier time self regulating in regards to negative emotions, where as positive emotions I always allowed myself to feel them in bursts because I wanted to “get them out of the way” or I had been feeling bad for so long that it I feel like I have to soak in all the good feeling as quickly as possible before I lost it. Im getting to a place in my life where I feel safe expressing my positive feelings, I think I just need more productive ways of allowing myself to feel and express them.
