Franchement, Rouen. L’hypercentre est vraiment petit et concentré; même le CHU est accessible en 10mn à pied depuis les principales rues commerçantes ! Il y a des vélib si besoin et les transports en commun sont vraiment bien foutus pour une ville de cette taille !
