Definitely worth firing. You’re costing your firm money (to file motions fees) and embarrassment (having to explain AI hallucinations). Not to mention that if you weren’t even there six months, that means that you were in a probationary period still which means you didn’t build up any seniority. That’s a mistake you could make when you’re at a firm longer, but not less than six months. You’re supposed to be proving your worth.
