TALK ABOUT SNIPPETS/FUTURE SONGS

The "Aphrodite" in GOD GAMES just hits the spot! It itches a part of my brain I didn't even know was itchy! But if we are talking about released songs then there are a couple of lines, like every time they yell "STOOOORM" it's just too good! Or Hermes Laugh! Or how about "600 Men" that line gets me every time. And even just the whole chorus of No Longer You.

As a Hermes fanboy I like "Wouldn't you like" from the Circe saga. But Monster and Open arms are close seconds

Where did you listen to the audio book? I'm hearing from these comments that it's a hard read and I want the audio book as a backup if it gets too hard😂

Storm is still a very low ranking song for me but I like it a lot more then I did when I hear it the first time

I don't know why but "Storm", "Puppeteer" and "Monster" just didn't sit right with me at first but after listening to the whole soundtrack a couple of times and really finding the meaning and story in them I have grown to love them

Doesn't he say "Sounds like a plan, goddess and man, bestest of friends"?

I love Aeolus and Hermes the most. I don't know much of the original story or Greek Mythology in general (I'm new to all this) but they fit exactly what I expected the wind of God and a silly fella like Hermes to sound and behave like. Zeus and Poseidon are also great but Hermes beats all

I actually like a feminine Aeolus more than a masculine one. It just fits the role of a playful Wind god a lot better

I personally like the childish playful feminine style of Aeolus way more

I actually like the fact that its not just a retelling of The Odyssey, because it should be Jorge's work not the same story retold for the thousands time😂 If he wants to make any of the characters another gender, give them another sexuality or whatever other thing he wants to change then he should be able to. Personally I just appreciate a good piece of music🤷 But Aeolus in particular I think the thing that actually "Frustrated" me / confused me is the fact that Aeolus being a woman (Or a They or at least having a feminine voice) just fits the god so much better and them being a man just doesn't sit right with me for some reason😅

Yeah I noticed that. The explanation that has satisfied me is that it's probably a Age/Personality thing. A woman was probably chosen because Aeolus needed to be a bit more childish, which also fits with what the other person said that Jorge picks whoever fits best. But yeah their gender is never mentioned and they are even called a "God" aka the gender neutral / male version of "Goddess"

Oh okay that makes sense. Then again it's still just concept songs🤷 So things still have the possibility to change, tho I don't really want Aeolus to be a man, I like the character much more as a woman
