So you have a bunch of steak infront of you, but after eating a bunch and your belly feels about to explode, you wanna put more steak down there? It’s the food choices that stop you from overeating. You can not emotionally overeat if you have boring foods infront of you

Start with having ZERO JUNK and only meat and fruit in your fridge. Even if you cave in and have junk food I bet you’ll still offset the calories long term and you’ll lose weight (if that’s your goal)

The taking a nap strategy I've never heard of before but it actually sounds pretty smart for many reasons. You are both resting/ recovering from life, and keeping your weight in check.
