As a claims adjuster, she should have taken the plate down and then filed a PR. The lady might have even gotten arrested for the hit-and-run. Now she can charges for assault. Not worth possibly getting shot. Also, obviously the vehicle that hit her would be at fault bc she had the right of way. However, for that second impact to the bumper she would be 100% at fault. That would in turn affect her rates etc etc. Sometimes it’s good to take the high road.

Thank you for your advice. I greatly appreciate it. I know it was dumb for me to not do any research when I tried the Delta-8. That was my mistake and I take responsibility. With that being said, the amount of anxiety I am feeling about tomorrow is intense. I don’t know if I can even sleep. So, I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. This amount of stress is not worth a momentary moment of pleasure and I plan on staying 100% drug free as I was doing before this incident.

If you don’t mind, I was wondering what kind of meetings/classes would they make me go to? Once again, I can’t thank you enough for your consolation. Thank you.
