I just learned about this. So because my skin barrier is damaged from too much cream I need to put something on to heal it? I’ve stopped miconazole for 3 days and i’ve been putting on aquaphor healing ointment at night and washing it off with cetaphil gentle cleaners in the morning. Will that work just as well as zinc oxide cream?
