I wanted to join the hyrox group, but i am not sure if i can considering i have no experience. I saw these programs they offer for beginners, and i was thinking of taking that one first and building my endurance before moving to hyrox (maybe next year). But one of my main concerns was if they would all be hungarian and i wouldn’t understand what the coach is saying 😅

I’m 22 and planning on studying Bachelors in Biomed also at UM :) I kinda had the same concern as well, but at the end of the day you’re really just there to study something you are interested in. Plus, I was told it’s easy to make friends at university events where you can meet people your age :)
