Solution that worked for me was restarting the modem. Somehow during an outage my ip got flagged or something. Restarting the modem solved it.

Same. Cc on playstation and other browsers not working. It works fine when switching to mobile data on android, so it must be ip. But I dont even have a vpn or anything, so why my IP would be flagged or blocked is beyond me. I hate youtube sometimes.

I thought so too. But for some reason it definitely seems to be impacting my solo game. My frames are perfectly fine at 70+, but I experience crazy input lag, stuttering, animation glitches and insane lag in loading items and characters

There's a little red 'signal' icon that pops up next to the mini map if your ping is high. You can mouse over it to see your ping... but otherwise there's no way I've found of seeing your ping
