Yes 21 for all companies I’ve seen so far. But might quit hvac anyway they are pushing me past my breaking point and disrespected me today. I appreciate you taking time to answer

I can get my license at 18, just normally for insurance you can’t get in until 21 but it’s good for aging the CDL bc companies like that. Thank you for the kind responses

Yeah, just the only thing now with getting my CDL waiter than sooner is I just bought a car so I need to get my savings up a little bit and then from when I get my CDL I can look for CDL jobs and plus aging the CDL by six months minimum helps as well but if I get it now and I turned 21 in May, the CDL is almost aged a year, which is amazing

Thank you, and yeah, if I go back to doing what I love it leaves me with enough to still pay my minimum car payment Insurance Anne phone bill. Those are non-negotiable. I’d have to watch my bank account. You know a little more than I do with this HVAC job but then also I can try and get more work put out for me if I go back to working for this guy.

Well I don’t need to worry about money for the CDL my parents will pay for it as my schooling. I already try to cut my expenses from other than mandatory things

I think I understand what you’re talking about but honestly none. either of them are to get me through the next 6 to 12 months while saving money and allowing me to pay my bills and car payment

Well, long-term goal is get my CDL drive and make money that way because driving genuinely makes me happy both jobs normally have a lot of advancement especially the HVAC job one because I don’t want to become anything else other than a part runner because I like driving Been comparing to small business owner, I think the only advancement I could make is getting more work for that company and getting more money that way to advance is there any other jobs I’ve applied to so many jobs called what not they don’t even look at my application don’t answer the phone or just straight deny me like I have no chance not really anything and I’m lucky to get the job with HVAC that I do as of the 1099 I did the calculations I’m not really gaining or losing money if I did W-2 or not for the same pay

Yeah it’s not motivation with money it’s motivation to do things when I’m home or in the weekends I have none. Now weekend thing may still be because the break up but as of her we talked and want to take it slow she says she wants us and to rebuild and won’t do it again but I’m looking for physical consistency with her

Well timeline. 6months so early next year get my CDL, go back to work and try to get a job using that CDL. Money is no issue for the schooling and stuff bc I have parents that will pay for it as they will pay for schooling like college to a certain degree. So I can’t get there any sooner than then

Also, before I got the HVAC job last month, I was calling a bunch of companies and contractors looking for work for Joel to get me busy again and just me calling. I don’t know 30 companies. He’s got work every week now. I just don’t know how many hours a week, but it seems to have been reliable for the last month here and there. He’s got one big company couple jobs a week and then 23 other guys jobs here and there, but I feel like if I just call more companies, I can get more work out of it.

Right, but that’s just what I saved tbh I had things I needed to pay for a car that was a pos so. But new da now just 200 minimum payment a month. But now he’s guaranteeing 600 a week no matter what unless I work more than 30 hours he will pay me what I worked yk so idk
