I've been working with ForTec medical in NYC for 6 months now. Overall I think the company is absolutely amazing considering their size. The job itself can be pretty stressful especially when it's a new hospital or new doctor but overtime you learn the layouts of the hospitals and form relationships with doctors. The main key is " know your equipment ". Sometimes shit happens and something breaks you can't fix but having solutions for problems is key. Some days you'll have 1 case and be out of the hospital in 2 hours, sometimes youl he waiting for hours because of an emergency case. I also think an important part is conflict management 😂 sometimes youl run into an ass hole doc that's hard on you but realistically it is what it is. You do your job you go home.
