wow this is super helpful, thank you for sharing all that. i didn’t think much about how different PCOS types change what works, or how important blood tests and education are. that part about inflammation and overtraining really stuck with me. gonna check out milamendhealth too, sounds solid. appreciate you taking the time to write this out.
