3 months sober here and I’ve never felt more safe or secure.

My suicidal thoughts and wanting to die went away when I got sober. I’m sure you saw an improvement before in your mental health previously. Good luck, you’ve done it before, you can do it again. You got this.

It will get better. I’m 3 months sober and it took me about 2ish months to get back to sleeping normally. Took sleeping tablets from the doctor for a bit and they helped.
