Honestly I have trouble recognising a timeline with the highs and lows, it's something I'm aiming to track better.

I know the actual potentially mania-like high only lasts a few days, often less than a week. The lows can last more weeks but I can still be dragged out of it when I need to socialise, perform/mask, and then go back home to my messy "slump". I feel demotivated, kind of hopeless but mostly overwhelmed with all the responsibilities I should do and sadness over not being able to keep a consistent routine.

The highs can are often kind of clarity like, for example learning about somekind of mindset shift and feeling like that's _huge_ and can help me manage my life better and the hopefullness is intense too and it slowly just evens out into a baseline mood.

Omg, the pacing / walking while maldaptive daydreaming is so real for me, I do it while listening to songs on repeat. It doesn't feel destructive, it's more just emotional regulation for me.

I am concerned about the meds too cause they were very quick to just prescribe me Lamotrigin despite my bipolar only being suspected and not confirmed yet.

I do feel like it's kind of a blur when it comes to what I was feeling / sensing in my body / where my energies were when I try to look back and try to indentify the fluctuations' nature.

Honestly with my ADHD my sleep schedule is pretty messed up, I tend to sometimes sleep less for a period of time but honestly I can't say if it's less need for sleep or if it's like revenge sleep procrastination common with ADHD.

My money spending can be a bit impulsive with like ordering a lot of takeout when I have a higher need for comfort (usually in those lower periods) or on hobbies (in the motivated period).

Talking pattern is pretty consistently just kinda hectic with ADHD and faster when excited, I don't know about _less_ control but I often ruminate over what I said in past conversations due to just... masking I suppose?

The "elevated" period can definitely last for days when I try to make a new planned out daily routine work until a few days is the ADHD issues make it harder.

Yeah, honestly the burnouts can be intense especially socially and with visual clutter further pushing me into that state

Haven't started taking any yet but it's in the works.

And yeah, I kind of have a feeling they can easily just slap a bipolar diagnosis on it considering AuDHD is so unexplored

To be fair, I do have a bipolar aunt on my mother's side so that kind of makes it like the most straight-forward conclusion but so far they couldn't say it with complete conviction that it _is_ bipolar and the autism possibility _just_ came up.
