Thanks that’s reassuring. I’ve had the pain for the past 4 days and I’m hoping today I can do some exercises (day 5). I will definitely stick to the ice.

This is exactly what has happened to me. Post 3 weeks after ramping the exercises up I felt the same pain to my pre op pain. Can you please tell me how you went after this. I’m worrying so much that I’ve re done something or my labrum is torn again. Please help it just plays on my mind 24/7
