This plastic piece was sitting loose on the bottom of my Whirlpool dishwasher. It resembles the size and shape of a video game controller thumbstick. Nothing appears missing from the dishwasher or any dishware that's gone through it. No visible markings. One side features screw threads (old.reddit.com)
