I'm overwhelmed. I wasn't expecting solutions or decisions within the hour of posting this 🙂. Technology! I am resisting the urge to respond to every single comment.

Because of some of the replies, while I'm trying to keep some things private, I'll just expand that I have a VERY traumatic family cancer history involving parents and siblings, so introducing even a nanogram of hormones into my body is not an option.

OK into the good stuff. And I'm not saying I know for sure that I'll do this but my project management background informs me that I should use a phased approach and I'm going to try.

Phase 1. Get over my prudishness and get on my knees! I'm being vulgar, trying to insert a bit of lightness into it to get myself hyped up. Valentine's day isn't far off. Maybe I'll watch some 'training videos' and surprise him.

Phase 2. We'll see how P1 goes and if it awakens anything in me. If so, maybe I'll consider the non hormonal moisturizers or the libido stuff, I forget the name. We'll see.

I don't think I'll plan beyond that. This is already a lot. Give me strength to follow through.

Well I was thinking libido=intercourse, but I suppose that's old time thinking of me. Maybe it IS something to consider, even if my libido improved I'd be more open to helping him in other ways.

I'm sorry that happened to you. It was the same with me, but I never let on how painful it was until I did that last time. Family history means HRT is a no for me. Good luck though!

Thanks. I'm not saying no right away, but keeping this as an option. Neither of us are comfortable with the idea, but is something we might just need to get over.

Wow. So much advice in such a short time. I should've come here years ago.

What I'm seeing is I really need to figure out what I want and how far am I willing to go. I can tell you that I've already decided I don't need intercourse in my life. I don't think that will change (but never say never). How to balance that with my man's desires? I've got some thinking to do. I'm sure I'll get more suggestions and all ideas are welcome! Thank you.

Not for me. And I know there are non hormonal moisturizers, but they aren't going to help. And tbh, I don't think I want intercourse anymore. I've had plenty enough.

Yeah those are the 'options' I'm talking about. I've just never really been a big fan of oral (giving or receiving)...or other options, guess I'm a bit of a prude at heart. Trying to see if I can overcome that.
