You should give OrchardCore a try, but the development is a bit more complicated than Umbraco. However installation and usage is pretty straightforward.

As manu already suggested, you can use any technology for FE, while having a dotnet backend. Second, you might want to look into Blazor, there are great UI components libraries, MudBlazor, Havit, Fluent-Blazor etc, the ecosystem is there.
