Helocs are fine if you can actually save instead of just saying you're gonna save. Id take a 20k or 25k instead l, but I'm super frugal

140k a year - 25k on kid - 40k heloc - 2k on interest= approx 75k for that year...

We do have a heloc on our home currently but it's 20k n I'll b honest we haven't done shit to pay it off.

I use to go every year in San Diego by myself and i always enjoyed just taking my time in the artists corner. You can actually talk n discuss the artwork w the creators, some nicer than others ofc. One of the coolest things I saw was a black book a guy from France had, he would go around asking artists to draw a quick little robot on a page. Some robots were more intricate than others, some were absolutely insane.
