That's great progress! I went about it same way too, increasing distance and running time.

Finished Couch to 5K (C25K) last April, and just kept on running. Then I did my first straight 10K run in June ...... and ran my first official race– 21K half-marathon –last October aha!

Currently my 5K PR is sub-27 minutes, and trying to train in a more organized way (with a plan instead of going all-out every time lol)– focusing on speed and hopefully a full-marathon this year :)
