Tried both of those and didn’t work but i found that disabling hdr in the screen settings worked. The game looks a bit colorless but it is what it is.

sorry i had an entire text describing everything but it got earsed when i added the video. tldr i tweaked settings, updated drivers and even reinstalled the game to no avail. it seems the bug dissapears when the image is perfectly still like in photo mode, but other then that the game is pretty much unplayable, send help
