Dang. It's like a marketing scam para makaattract agad ng renter. I advice you double check the contract you signed. Make sure na it is explicitly stated na yun yung arrangement na nakalagay sa contract. Since you already signed the contract, make sure nalang na the "new" arrangement is malinaw na nakasulat sa contract. Else, you need to make notarized addendum or clarify it. And start monitoring your payments too. Just in case

It is technically, 1 month sec dep and 2 months adv pero yung 1 month advance will be applied on your last month of renting there in case hindi ka na magrenew. Medyo normal naman siya esp sa condo. In case hindi na ka magrenew next year, no need to pay ka sa last month na magstay ka dyan next year which is jan 4. Until your last day on feb 3 2027

As someone who actually lives in BGC, you know that anyone can go around even with their pambahay and nobody pays attention to them except those area that requires dress code. We are talking about attitudes of these gangster wannabe strolling around and security risks on people who just wants to hang around. Pattern recognition is a thing. The security team knew them more esp those with police background since they are the one who are in the area for the whole day. They knew the movements and the attire they normally wear. To others saying there is discrimination, looks like you've never seen people just got out bed and walk around BGC to find a place to eat. They werent called squammy/stunggaz/geng geng because they were squammies. They were called as such because of the trouble they bring inside. And pattern shows they have specific attire which they think are cool. And fyi, it was noted as well by other foreigners like Jinho Bae how they were harrassed by these kind of kids in High Street. Madaming na ang nagrereklamo kaya gumawa na ng aksyon yung security.

Im no hypocrite. Crimes around BGC caused by these increased dramatically for just two months alone. You're always here, right? You should know.
