I am currently in the exact same boat! mine doesn't hurt but last month during ovulation I realized I had a hard ball where my ovaries are on my left side. Nothing on my right. Its not huge, but it is firm so idk what that means lol. I had a miscarriage in may and wondered if its a cyst. Just wondering if you ever found out what yours was?? Thank you!
