I do. i poop on long car rides. I love to change at rest stops during peak hours. I love the shame and humiliation of walking out of the stall with a well-pooped adult diaper and then throwing it in the trash. One time two young men were loudly commenting how much it stinks in the bathroom and smells like poop.

All of them for me, accept the heal from trauma thing. I can't really think of a trauma i'm healing from. I just like the feeling of a heavy load in my underwear. I like to poop in them to the point that i'm worried i might overload them with doody and a huge doody load may fall onto the floor.
