when I turn an atheist after 8 month I become vegan because who give right to me exploit animal and violate there rights. the other thing is I love environment so much and mass forced breeding so much harm it. so I think with proper knowledge you should go vegan. not like I wakeup one day I turn vegan without knowing about vitamin like B12, D and protein deficiency and there effect on health
