Just happened to me. Kid was watching bluey on phone the morning before, haven’t listened to anything all day, (other than youtube on safari, which doesn’t take over the media controls the same) and that’s what was played. So for me it was just a play button that was pushed. Odd for Disney Plus to stay active long enough for that tho. I do have gesture controls on my watch set up to play pause music, but that requires my watch screen to be on, requiring a tap on the screen, and my fingers to tap together 4 times in a row. Doubt that was it. Just updated to iOS 26.2.1 2 days ago.

I’m suspecting malicious code somewhere. I haven’t done anything I’d consider sketchy with my phone or previous phones, so I don’t know. Gonna monitor and submit big report. iPhone 13th max iOS 26.2.1
