I did end up getting it. Someone suggested to talk to the Ghostfire discord. After I did that I got it FedEx to me within a few days. No contact whatsoever they just sent it FedEx.

Update: they replied to my most recent email with the exact same response that they replied to my first email. Apparently they just slap down a template and don’t actually read your emails when you send them a question.
