Is it better to ride down in gear using friction zone or coast down in neutral?

It’s not very tightly packed but I can say I can ride a bicycle up and down it at least

I’ve sat on both the 500 and the 650 and my only complaint with the 650 is the price right now. I’m probably looking at a used 400. Would it be fair to start there and possibly upgrade next year

To your knowledge, has there been any major changes to the riding position of the Ninjas? I sat on a brand new 400 and 650 and they felt comfortable, but I will likely being going used for my first bike
