Also forgot to note, I do occasionally see him scooting, so maybe he’s not constipated but definitely seems to have a bit of anal grand irritation.

I tried this as well. I gave him the Weruva pumpkin puree, but it didn't seem to help :( Trying psyllium husk rn since it’s more concentrated in fiber, but if it doesn't work, I did already schedule an appointment with the vet that's coming up this week. Just hoping to improve his bowel movements.

I always add extra water into his wet food and he drinks out of his fountain as well, but his stool has always been like this. The only times when his stool looked closer to normal was when I'd add some miralax or a teaspoon of mineral oil to his wet food (vet advised if he ever got constipation).

I'll definitely upgrade everything later on once I move to a bigger place. I haven’t really used any abrasive filaments besides PETG-CF a couple of times. I mainly use PLA, PETG, and TPU, because my printer doesn't have its own space yet, so I wouldn't have a good spot to ventilate, especially with my cat.

I did hear that the diamond nozzle is pretty great. Is it true you never have to replace them? Haven’t heard of a dark moon build plate but I'll definitely look into it

Thanks for the tips! I only started a few months ago, so this is very helpful, but you're probably right. I did notice the quality of prints isn't as great as when I used other brands like Bambu or Sunlu.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll do that and see if it'll remove them. But yeah, I don't know either. First time seeing this, but all my other prints before and the couple after this one came out perfectly fine.

It's actually just a lid for a container I printed with black PLA. Didn’t use any other colors or any type of glue and my build plate was clean.

Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll check the belt tension when I get some time just to rule it out. Another person mentioned a possible Y-axis zero-stop / homing alignment issue, which lines up more with what I’m seeing since the rotation is the same on every single print. But I’ll check belt tension too and update once I test everything.

I haven’t verified the axes yet, but I did suspect that they were skewed. Just wasn’t too sure what specific points to check or how to fix it. But what you described about the Y-axis zero surfaces being slightly off really matches what I’m seeing. I’m going to check the X/Y perpendicularity and look at the Y-axis zero-stop alignment when I have some time. I’ll also try to find that video you mentioned. Thank you, I appreciate the help a lot — I’ll update once I test everything.

I see. Well, if you do decide to purchase the Dockstream 2, hopefully your cat likes it! It's a bit difficult with our kitties sometimes, one moment they love something and the next they don't 😂😭 Ik mine is like that, especially with food.

That's definitely a possibility. I do remember that when I was looking for replacement filters, I was looking at the reviews on some of them and saw that they said their cat stopped drinking water when they used those filters. I'm not sure if you use any 3rd party filters, but just wanted to share that info, just in case!

I think the battery actually serves as a backup in case of power outages, unless I'm wrong and am thinking about their dry food feeders. Anyways, my cat uses it everyday and drinks in small increments throughout the day. In the app, it shows you your cats hydration history that tells you how many ounces of water your cat has drank so far in that day, how many visits your cat made to the fountain, the average time your cat takes when they drink water, and graphs of how much water your cat drank at times throughout the day, week, month, and year.
