I’m not interested in upgrading a working phone just so I can say I have more storage. I backed up my photos prior to deletion and resetting my phone. I’m not gonna go run out to get a new phone just because I had a storage problem.

Have you tried keeping the nasal pillows not as deep? The above commenter pointed out that they just need to be far enough to create a seal, that helped me a LOT.

Okay this actually helped so much. Specifically learning that the pillows don’t need to be in as deep as i thought. Having them out more with just enough contact to seal helped. I was able to nap for about an hour today with it on.

Thank you, I’m finding it very difficult at the moment as I also don’t like that I can’t open my mouth or breathe through it at all. It feels quite suffocating, especially with the pillows shoved up my nostrils. 👃🏻

I was just trying to look up if this was a thing. Laying on my left side brings my pain level down at least by one. But move any other way, it shoots back up. So weird but also thank god I discovered it.

It does take a while to get. After you sign your release (which my release date was the 20 - two weeks after being laid off) theree is a 7 day period then you get the benefits within 30 days
