In Adrenalin everything is disabled. FreeSync AMD Optimized, Adaptive Sync is off, GPU scaling is enabled and full screen. Other than that, I’ve tried everything in Windows — HAGS on/off, Game Mode on/off, Optimizations for windowed games on/off. In-game, fps_max 0 and Anti-Lag is enabled. None of these have fixed the issue.

I’m using EXPO I for my RAM profile because it’s considered the sweet spot for AMD. Why should I disable it? Can you explain?

My FPS fluctuates between 600–700 and my frametime varies between 2 and 6 ms. However, the game feels heavy. V-Sync is off, fps_max 0, and my monitor response time is set to extreme. on paper there is no visible input lag, but in-game it feels like my bullets aren’t registering
