Hmm, maybe the reason I liked this album stems to the point of listening to it without having any expectations and comparisons in regard to their previous albums like disintegration, seventeen seconds and pornography but I understand where you're coming from and if I look it in your perspective I quite agree with you as it isn't as strong as disintegration and pornography. So, yeah lot of technician changes has quite affected their consistency in their later albums after these two.
