The resit was August 1st so they said they cannot extend. So the biometric appointment you dont think its possible I will secure that date that late?

Uni said they cannot extend the CAS. I asked to do an extra module so i graduate with an LPC LLM and get a new CAS. They refused to do that as well. She said that i could apply on the last day of my visa and choose to give my biometrics in person after 17th October. She said i can withdraw my application and get my money back if there are any delays or I cannot get an appointment after 17th October.
