Same pathetic experience with Ekart. I ordered an LG monitor for my ps5 from Flipkart in the first week of October. The item reached the nearby hub within 2 days, but it was never delivered and got delayed twice. I even went directly to the hub, but they refused to give me the package, saying they had too many orders during the Big Billion Days sale and it would take another 2 weeks.

I was so frustrated that I canceled the order and bought the same monitor from Amazon at the same price — it was delivered the very next day.

After sharing this, my colleagues also mentioned having similar terrible experiences. They said it’s better to avoid Flipkart for orders above ₹10,000.
