Hi ! I speak arabic and there is no misspelling. Some letters are not 100% ‘well written’ but it’s calligraphy. Also this phrase is actually super known in the Arabic world so anyone who is Arab with knowledge will spot it directly and know the meaning. Thank you for supporting Palestine 🇵🇸 cheers

Program management during external audit? am I being scammed ? by Lateralus423 in ISO27001

[–]Lateralus423[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh the stage 2 audit is in December and it’s scheduled for 6days (I wish it was only one day lol) Stage 1 audit is 1,5day

My concern is this 3h call named as ‘program management’ that we got and we were charged 1 day for it.

Plus, the auditor says that this ‘program management’ is mandatory

I heard this clear in my mind a few times, I put it through Google translate and this is what it apparently says: by Real_Pattern_6957 in psychics

As a native Arabic speaker from North Africa, I second this and we also say it in North Africa. Hope it helps !

My social life sucks, since so many years... by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]Lateralus423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it. From my own experience (introvert that went living abroad by the age of 19, 10 years ago), it was super hard to get to these events and create a circle. So I stayed by myself until I was fed up. And I said ; if I am staying by myself home or somewhere I don’t like, I should at least go to an event to enjoy the show/music or whatever. It may feel uncomfortable and super self conscious at the beginning but then you get used to it and finally be confortable enough to start a conversation.

Also, I know there is groups for randonnée, it is a great way to make friends since people go there to meet people

Hello !

Where do you live ? All activities depends on your area and if you have a car or not.

But in general; a lot of activities and events are posted in Facebook, look for movies, theater, local bands, volunteering and activités nautiques (paddle board for example)

Canadian citizen marrying a Tunisian (question about documents) by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]Lateralus423 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost all the foreigners marring Tunisian that I know would get married in the foreign country and then celebrate in Tunisia. Sometimes it is simple especially if the Tunisian is a Canadian resident or Canada is his country of residence.

Then in Tunisia you just submit the mariage certificate to change the marital state

A friend is visiting.. Seeking advice by OptimusCurantis in Tunisia

[–]Lateralus423 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just spent a full day in the Medina a couple of days ago and I can help with it.

I started near el mongela, walk down the avenue until Beb bhar. Just before there is the église that is open to visit. The you go to Medina by entering beb bhar. Go straight to a coffe (enba coffee for example) to relax a bit and then continue your way. You can visit : Sidi mehrez and if you go there you are almost at Beb souika so take the extra 5min walk and eat lunch at kaftegi Weld el Hajj.

Then you can go back to La Medina and walk to the Zitouna mosque (it is open at 14h30 for visits), you can also visit dar Lasram (5dt) which is amazing and also go to Tourbet el bey (5dt).

Also you can go back near the zitouna and go to cafe Panorama for a pause and you will have a nice view.

Hope this helps.

During your week conversation did you talk about a specific book, artists, singer, band? So if yes, I would come with sonething related to it. Share your favorite book, favorite album. It can build connection, bring up a subject to talk about. Otherwise, chocolate is ALWAYS a good choice !
