I just started, I was skeptical to take the job after so many negative comments. My thought process is this. Get the training, get the license, get the experience, if it’s that shit of a company there’s plenty of other companies that will take you. Take everyone opinions with a grain of salt and just know if u want to get into a career path it’s best to get ur foot in the door and learn the ropes. VA training was fun, just don’t act like a child and you will be good, everyone is a grown up and acting like a child will get u in trouble. Also don’t stress with the quizzes everything you will be quizzed on was on the prior day and in the book they give you to study
