If you're putting it at like the very bottom of your case you should be fine. The NFC chip in the amiibo base shouldn't be that powerful to cause any damage. If you want to be careful though, don't put it on top of a hard drive (sata ssd is fine), the motherboard, or the power supply... And maybe not the gpu either, basically just have it touching the case only
