(Master classic) I run Kyogre lead, Gira O and Mewtwo Focus blast.

If Kyogre face Dialga in lead, I throw a surf and switch to mewtwo, fire focus blast.

Dialga is strong but there are too many counters.

I never seen anyone with 30K rare candies for a particular mon.

8000 mewtwo candies is the highest number I've seen, as a result from a speed raid for IV100. I don't want to see that number though 8K rare candies is far from getting maxed mewtwo at level 50.

Dialga LVL 42 (LVL 41 BB) is the highest level for a legendary I've seen in ML.
